These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sunday application ("App" or "Licensed Application") provided by Lascade ("Company", "we", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any future modifications. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. This license is limited to your personal use on any device that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store or Google Play Store terms of service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into and abide by these Terms.

User Account

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account and the information you provide.
• Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the App or your account.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.
• Post, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harmful, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
• Interfere with the operation of the App or any user’s enjoyment of the App, including by uploading or otherwise disseminating viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code.
