You may not use the App to engage in any activities that could harm the App, its users, or any third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, the following prohibited activities:

5.1. Uploading or sharing content that:

• Contains malicious software, viruses, worms, or other harmful code.
• Intends to harass, threaten, or bully individuals or groups.
• Promotes or incites violence, celebrates suffering or humiliation, or promotes hate based on identity or other protected categories.
• Advocates or encourages acts of self-harm, suicide, or other harmful behaviors.
• Attempts to influence political processes or is used for campaigning purposes.
• Violates or infringes on any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties.
• Is obscene, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate as determined by Lascade at its sole discretion.
• Attempts to generate ransomware, keyloggers, viruses, or other software intended to impose harm.
