Welcome to Paint My Wall, a mobile application developed by Lascade ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Paint My Wall, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. By downloading, installing, or using Paint My Wall, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Description of Service

Paint My Wall is an app that allows you to find the perfect color for your interior or exterior paint project. The app is provided on a freemium basis, with access to basic features available for free and additional features available through in-app purchases or subscriptions.

As a user of Paint My Wall, you agree to use the app in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful or prohibited purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any other user accounts, systems, or networks connected to the app;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app or the servers or networks that host the app;
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the app.

Intellectual Property Rights

The content, features, and functionality of Paint My Wall, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Lascade and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content from the app without our express written permission.

License to Use

Lascade grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Paint My Wall for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms of Use. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the app without express written permission from us.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Paint My Wall offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions that provide access to additional features. By making an in-app purchase or subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided unless required by law.
